Equestria Girls Trailer
Chances are, you judged My Little Pony based on how it looks before it turned out good. Give Equestria Girls the same chance, if it’s a bad movie, judge it for being a bad movie, not because of the trailer.

I LOVE THIS FOREVER.

Don’t worry - success does have a wheelchair-access ramp. It’s a little harder and longer, but you can still get there. ^_^

So Equestria Girls

After watching the trailer, I guess I’d say I’m still cautiously optimistic. I mean, look what the writers did with ponies to begin with - even with cliche overdone plots like in “The Ticket Master”, they pulled it out.

I guess what I’m saying is, I’m not sure about the idea

But I do trust the writers.

Pretty much.

Good heavens.

How do people not even realize that what they’re doing is WRONG and HARMFUL?

"… the socialization of boys regarding masculinity is often at the expense of women. I came to realize that we don’t raise boys to be men, we raise them not to be women (or gay men). We teach boys that girls and women are “less than” and that leads to violence by some and silence by many. It’s important for men to stand up to not only stop men’s violence against women but, to teach young men a broader definition of masculinity that includes being empathetic, loving and non-violent."

I can’t keep living like this. Every time someone misgenders me, I want to die.” I don’t think I can take it if I get rejected from another clinic. I wish I’d never come out.]

I can imagine that if you’ve referred to someone as a certain gender the entire time you’ve known them, it would take some effort to change that habit, but for someone’s friends to just not bother.. that’s sad to me.
It’s sad to me that society wants to make it so hard for people to be themselves- on any level. There’s no such thing as ‘normal’, so why should everyone be so intent on enforcing it?
I really, really, hope that we as a society can move forward from here and just let people be.
